All bookings should include a 20% deposit, which is non-refundable. Payment in full should be made at least four weeks in advance of your holiday. We regret that no refunds will be available for any cancellations made within two weeks of the start of the holiday. Any cheques should be made out to Glenloy Wildlife. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Costs

All 7 day holidays are priced at £600 per person (£370 for children aged 8 -15 inclusive sharing a bedroom with parents).

4 day holidays are priced at £340 (£200 for children aged 8-15 inclusive sharing a bedroom with parents).

Daily rates are also available, allowing you the flexibility of shorter breaks or even a combination of organised activities and 'doing your own thing'. Please see www.glenloylodge.co.uk for further details of bed and breakfast or DBB rates.

The price includes all accommodation, meals, transport and activities. Guests on a scheduled holiday can be picked up free of charge from Fort William on request.

Costs not included are transport to and from Fort William, personal insurance, and extras such as drinks.
