Accommodation

All courses are based in Glenloy Lodge – a Visit Scotland 3-star Guest House situated at the foot of Glen Loy. Glenloy Lodge is a former hunting lodge set in mature grounds with superb views over the Nevis Range . Wildlife is encouraged with bird feeders attracting a wide range of species including greater spotted woodpecker and siskin, whilst pine martens visit each evening. Ravens and buzzards glide over daily, and even the odd eagle might put in an appearance.

View from the Lodge

All our eight bedrooms are en suite and contain tea and coffee making facilities. There is a guest lounge with a cosy fire and satellite TV, together with sun lounge providing panoramic views for visitors to enjoy. We provide an extensive selection of books for guests to enjoy, including a good collection of field guides, together with a selection of games. Although we are not currently licensed, guests are welcome to bring their own drinks to enjoy in moderation! We have a drying facility for outdoor wear and further indoor drying facilities for any other wet clothes.

All meals are home-cooked, using local produce where possible. Our breakfasts are renowned, and should set you up for the day nicely. These comprise fresh fruit salad, cereals, porridge, yoghurts, plus a full cooked breakfast. A packed lunch will be provided daily. Each evening we will serve you a delicious three course set meal with a vegetarian option. On one evening during each 7 day course you will eat out at a local hostelry.
